Some electrical work on a strata building can only legally be carried out by a Level 2 Accredited Service Provider (ASP). What Only a Level 2 ASP Can Do

The service connection between the network and your building — the point of attachment, service cable, service fuse and metering connection — is network-regulated work. A general electrician cannot legally touch it; it requires a Level 2 ASP. In strata buildings this shared infrastructure feeds the whole scheme, so getting an authorised provider matters.

We can carry out consumer mains upgrades, point of attachment repairs, pole top fuse repairs and disconnect and reconnect works, all as an authorised ASP.

One Contractor, Both Sides

Most strata electrical projects touch both the customer side and the network side — for example a three-phase upgrade needs new consumer mains and a network-side connection change. Using one Level 2 ASP for both removes the delays and finger-pointing that come from splitting the job.

We handle the network paperwork, coordinate directly with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy or Essential Energy, and keep the strata manager informed throughout so the owners corporation has a single point of accountability.
