We connect and upgrade retail tenancies and shopping strips, offices and consulting suites, hospitality venues with kitchen and cool-room loads, and strata buildings needing common-area supply for lifts, lighting and services. Each has its own load profile, and we size the network connection and metering to match the actual demand rather than a generic assumption.

Bigger Loads, Right Supply

Commercial loads often push past what a single-phase supply can carry, so a three-phase upgrade is common — for air conditioning, commercial kitchens, machinery and EV charging. Where demand is high enough, Ausgrid requires CT metering, and we install the metering chamber and coordinate the metering setup as part of the connection.

Working In With the Fit-Out

A commercial connection rarely stands alone — it has to dovetail with the fit-out program, the building's switchboard works and the landlord or centre management. As your Level 2 ASP we coordinate with your electrical contractor and Ausgrid so power is energised when the fit-out needs it, keeping the opening date on track. We also handle consumer mains upgrades where the existing mains cannot carry the new load.
