Building a new home, adding a supply point or bringing power across a large block often means installing a brand-new private power pole where none existed before. Sydney Power Group is an Endeavour Energy authorised Level 2 ASP that installs new private poles right across the Endeavour supply area, including the semi-rural blocks of the Hawkesbury, Camden, Oran Park and Leppington where long service runs are the norm. When a New Pole Is Called For

A new pole goes in when there is nowhere yet to land the supply: a new build or subdivided lot on the Endeavour network, an additional supply point for a shed, granny flat or second dwelling, or a first pole on a block that has never carried one. It is also the compliant fix when a long, sagging overhead run needs an intermediate pole to keep clearances over a driveway or paddock. Timber or Steel, Sized to the Span

We install timber or galvanised steel poles to suit your site, footing and span length, dug and set to Endeavour's depth and stability requirements — important on the reactive clay and sandy soils found across South Western Sydney. From there we run the overhead service mains, fit the point of attachment where the line meets the building, and terminate everything to standard so the whole new span is compliant end to end.

Coordinating the New Supply

A new pole is usually one piece of a new Endeavour connection. We coordinate the application, any outage or energisation window, the metering and the compliance so the pole install lands in the right order with the rest of your project — not as a standalone delay.
