NBN Cabling Sydney

Sydney Power Group handles the in-premises nbn lead-in and internal cabling side of your connection across Sydney. Our ACMA-registered cablers run and terminate the customer cabling to AS/CA S009, working in with nbn and your retail service provider (RSP).

To be clear, SPG isn't nbn or an internet provider — we do the physical cabling inside your premises: relocating outlets, running internal data cabling from your connection point, and distributing the signal cleanly to where you need it.

The in-premises side of nbn

Your nbn service arrives at a connection point, but getting a fast, reliable signal to every room is a cabling job. We handle the internal cabling — running Cat6 from the connection box to a central comms cabinet or to outlets around the home or office.

This is customer cabling governed by ACMA cabling rules and AS/CA S009, which is exactly the work our registered cablers do every day.

Working in with nbn and your RSP

We coordinate around nbn's equipment and your provider's requirements, so the cabling we install is ready for your service to be activated. We don't provide the internet connection itself — your RSP does that — but we make sure the in-premises cabling is done properly.

If an outlet is in the wrong spot or you need the connection relocated internally, we can run new cabling to a better location.

Distribute your connection properly

Rather than relying on WiFi alone, we can cable your key devices and rooms directly, and add WiFi access points for coverage — all fed from tidy network cabling.
