We set out lighting and power to the retail design, wire signage and displays, and coordinate the tenancy metering so the store can open and be billed correctly from day one.

Lighting, Signage and Display Power

Retail sells on presentation, so we install feature and track lighting, display power and controls to the design, plus wiring for illuminated signage and shopfronts. The tenancy board is sized for the full store load with room for seasonal displays.

Where the tenancy needs more capacity, SPG arranges a switchboard upgrade or supply upgrade.

Tenancy Metering and Supply

Each retail tenancy is billed on its own account, so we coordinate smart metering with the centre or landlord and, where a fresh supply is needed, arrange the network connection — Level 2 ASP work SPG performs across all three NSW networks.
