Power, Lighting and Distribution

We install workstation and floor-box power, lighting and controls, and the distribution boards that feed them, all set out to suit the approved fitout design. Where the tenancy needs more capacity, SPG arranges a switchboard upgrade or supply upgrade.

If the tenancy requires its own metered supply, we coordinate smart metering with the building — network-side work restricted to Level 2 ASPs, which SPG is across all three NSW networks.

Working Around Your Tenants

In occupied buildings, downtime is the enemy. We plan changeovers, board works and testing for after hours or staged windows so existing tenants and staff aren't affected, keeping the building's operations running.
