Three-phase power for larger plant

Ducted, packaged and rooftop commercial units typically require three-phase supply with correctly sized cabling and protection. We design and install the circuits, fit lockable weatherproof isolators for safe maintenance, and ensure RCD and overcurrent protection meet the wiring rules and the unit's specification.

We deliver the electrical infrastructure and safe connection; your mechanical contractor handles the refrigeration, ductwork and commissioning.

Switchboards, metering and tenancy power

Commercial AC often needs more capacity than an existing board provides. We assess your main switchboard and distribution boards, complete a switchboard upgrade where required, and can install smart metering so tenancies are billed correctly.

Where the building's supply is undersized, we arrange a supply upgrade, consumer mains or service fuse works — all network-side tasks that legally require the Level 2 ASP accreditation SPG holds.
